Refund policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from OFFTHEGRIDD.  If for any reason you are not satisfied/ doesn’t fit we would be happy to issue exchange for any returned merchandise . Exchanges are NOT accepted for sales items. 
Returns must be postmarked and mailed within 20 days from receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be unworn with the original tags attached and in original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
